Lilacs and Bees

The honeybees were on the lilacs and DH got a couple of pictures.

Warning

Do not give infants honey or any processed foods containing honey (like honey graham crackers) before their first birthday.

Does honey go bad??

Honey does not go bad. It will eventually crystallize. Raw honey will crystallize more rapidly than commercial honey. To return it to liquid - gently warm it in a double boiler or in a glass jar set in warm water. Don't heat it over 120 degrees or it will no longer be considered raw honey. And raw is the very best honey!!
